Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or people who have agreed to appear as a zombie in a video. Don't upload photos of minors without a parent's consent, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and remakes
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases with no subscription. Each pack gives that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and belong to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. A failed generation returns its credit automatically. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits.
AI output varies from take to take. If a video doesn't look like the person or pet in your photos, or someone is missing or replaced, tap “Needs work” on the video page or email us within 7 days: we'll remake that video once for free, or refund it if you prefer. Differences in movement, framing or style are part of how each take comes out and aren't on their own a reason for a refund.
Your video
You may use the videos you make for personal and social media use. Videos may include AI-generated audio — a score and ambience — not licensed music. You are responsible for any audio you add.
No affiliation
Zombie AI is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance, CapCut, Dreamina, Kling, Google or any show, film or platform. Videos are fiction: zombie make-up, no gore, no real violence.
